📅 Date: Thursday, August 27, 2026 🕗 Showcase Time: 8:00 PM ⏰ Selected attendees must arrive by 7:40 PM. 📍 Location: Cebu The complete venue address will be provided only to selected attendees. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT This event is exclusively for official LIVERS members. Only applicants with a valid LIVERS membership number may apply.

Only members who receive an official attendance confirmation from PAVE51 Entertainment may attend. HOW TO APPLY 1. Complete the audience application form below. 2. Enter your full name, registered email address and official LIVERS membership number. 3. PAVE51 Entertainment will review all applications. 4. Selected members will receive an official confirmation email or Facebook message. 5. The complete venue address will be included in the confirmation notice.

IMPORTANT • One application is valid for one official LIVERS member only. • Applications containing incorrect or unverifiable membership information will not be accepted. • Please do not visit the venue unless you have received an official attendance confirmation. • Seating is limited. • If a selected member cannot attend, please inform PAVE51 Entertainment as soon as possible. • Applicants under 18 must follow the guardian requirements stated in the application form.
